Thank you for being a valued client!  If you have a contract with Rubino, please feel free to utilize the scheduling system below.  

The request will automatically be added to our scheduling calendar with a text message sent to our field project manager and emails sent to office personnel in the  materials testing department.

Additional information such as material mix designs, specifications, drawings, last minute scheduling requests, or requests for scheduling change or proposals should be sent to:

Due to staffing constraints, we will accept late (after 5pm) or same day scheduling requests but cannot guarantee coverage.  Afternoons are often more open so please let us know if you are flexible.  Please know that we will make every effort to provide service to your project and communicate with you along the way.  

Tips and tricks for online scheduling:  Most fields are required for submittal.  The address should be the intersection or address where you need the testing.  A generic zip code is ok if you just know the city.  There is a limitation to the amount of characters so if it won't submit, please reduce the characters.  When in doubt, email us at scheduling@rubinoeng.com and the whole team will be notified.
